Peter,
I have not done this but I would look for some local outfit that does vinyl boat names and lettering. They should be able to get the material you need and match the colors you have / want.

I am working on this on my CS30. It seems that 3M scotchcal has matching colours in 50 and 150 foot rolls. I bought it through Napa auto parts. It was recommended to me as a product to use from the graphics guy who did the name on my boat (Fantin Signs in Pickering). Downsides are it is expensive and does not come in a 3 inch roll. You have to get 4 inch and trim it down or have it done by a professional. I don't know about the 34 but my 30 has lines in the hull mold for the 3 inch line.
